Let's start with the below before & after photos of what Chuck Swan is all about and why I am warning decent folks about him. I only wish the rescuers (wonderful and caring people) had gone to the media with this story.
This is the beautiful, big mare "Dusty" while still on our property. Below you can see what Chuck Swan did to her. She almost didn't survive his abuse when she was finally rescued from his sick grasp.
